Please complete, print, sign and return it to us well before December 15, 2022. This will ensure that your entries are presented to US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) with the appropriate duty free status.

What If I Don't Submit My Updated Certificate On Time?

If an entry must be made on goods prior to receipt of your valid USMCA Certificate, we are required to apply the general rate of duty on the commodities shipped. While a post-entry correction may be tendered, please note that a fee will be charged for this service.
