The United States, Mexico, Canada Agreement (USMCA) certification of origin is strictly for eligible goods from the US, Canada, and/or Mexico. It is used to request reduced or duty-free treatment on eligible goods entering the US. This is not a mandatory form, however, if you are completing it for reduced duty, please note full knowledge of eligibility and the 9 minimum data elements is required.

The US Environmental Protection Agency off-road Declaration Form. Importation of off-road engines and off-road engines incorporated into off-road equipment or vehicles subject to federal air pollution regulations. This form is required for importation of any stationary, off-road, or heavy-duty highway engines including engines incorporated into vehicles or equipment.
