US Government Temporarily Delays Suspension of De Minimus Provision

On Friday, February 7th, 2025, the US government signed an Executive Order pausing the repeal of duty-free treatment of low-cost packages from China to give the US Commerce Department adequate time to adapt and prepare for the coming changes this repeal would necessitate.
